On site inspection - we take detailed
notes, make assessments from the front of the property
to the rear fence, determine what needs to be done to
accomplish your goals and time frame and prioritize a plan of action
for you to undertake.
Then a few options with prices will be
presented to you for your decision. Price is based
on the square footage of the property, number of rooms,
if you are doing the work, or if you want to hire
someone else to do the work, your budget and goals, etc.
Generally after our visit, a proposal is
drafted for the options you'd like. Once the
proposal/estimate is accepted and we have a contract we
will coordinate the steps to get everything done
according to our agreement.
Some options include:
Partial staging - designed for
those little areas where you're not sure what to do.
Vacant property staging - Less
than 10% of people can visualize spaces and how they may
look. A furnished property is almost always more
appealing to visitors. We will help coordinate
with a furniture rental company the items needed for
your best results. Furniture rental is a separate
fee you will need to pay. Once the property has
been sold and is ready to close, we'll coordinate the
removal of the rental pieces.
Interior redesign - for the most
part we'll use what you already have. Just present
it differently for maximum impact and functionality.
Total makeover - we will help you
coordinate your new look and pull it all together.
New home / move-in coordination.
Get the extra help you'd like getting your new home set
up.

Do It Yourself - you can use our
detailed report we will create after our visit and do all the
work yourself and/or hire contractors to do the work for
